Licenses & Pricing

We don’t sell subscriptions. Our products are licensed perpetually — once purchased, they’re yours to use within your Microsoft 365 environment for as long as you choose.


License Model

  • Perpetual License
    A one-time license fee gives your organization the right to use the product indefinitely in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

  • Environment Scope
    Licenses apply per Microsoft 365 tenant. Multiple tenants require separate licenses.

  • Deployment
    Deployments are handled under a service contract (see Compliance & Deployment).


Support & Maintenance

Our support approach is simple: we stand behind our software. You get free help to get started, free fixes for any defects, and clear hourly billing only when issues arise from changes in your environment or usage.

  • Initial Support
    Every license includes 30 days of complimentary support to ensure smooth installation, configuration, and stabilization.

  • Ongoing Support
    After the initial 30-day period, support is available and billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • Defect Coverage (Free)
    If an issue is determined to be a software defect, neither the support time nor the fix (including deployment of the fix) will be billed to the client.

  • Major Upgrades
    Significant new releases are offered at a discounted upgrade fee for existing license holders.

Pricing varies based on product and organizational requirements. Factors include:

  • Number of products licensed
  • Complexity of deployment (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online)
  • Optional service contracts for deployment and training
